Amanda Goldstein

Amanda Goldstein, MD, who is board certified in psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, is a clinical psychiatrist at the Mind Health Institute in Beverly Hills, California. She treats a broad range of mental disorders, including neurocognitive, neurodevelopmental, obsessive-compulsive, anxiety, mood, psychotic, sleep, and stressor-related disorders. She excels at managing medically and pharmacologically complex cases. Dr. Goldstein has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor from 2022–2024, as well as a Super Doctors Top Southern California Rising Star from 2021–2024. She completed her residency training at the University of Chicago, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. She then completed a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at UCLA. She received her medical degree from the University at Buffalo.

Dr. Goldstein has been a Forensic Psychiatry Expert with Park Dietz & Associates since 2021. Her areas of expertise include testamentary capacity and undue influence.

Dr. Goldstein also serves as a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California’s Division of Workers’ Compensation.
