He provides expert analysis in litigation involving intellectual property, class actions, health IT, and complex enterprise systems. With more than 20 years of experience as a solutions and enterprise architect, Andrew brings a deep understanding of source code, system architecture, and compliance frameworks to his expert work.
His litigation consulting experience spans class actions, breach-of-contract cases, medical malpractice, and patent disputes, where he has delivered rigorous technical analyses, contributed to expert reports, and supported testifying experts. Andrew also led the technical team responsible for the execution of the first Corporate Integrity Agreement of an EHR company, working closely with officials from the ONC, HHS, and OCR. He has worked extensively with electronic health record systems, enterprise platforms, and financial technologies, helping legal teams evaluate software quality, compliance risks, and patient safety implications.
