Arthur L Pressman

For more than 40 years Arthur L. Pressman has helped franchisors, franchisees, investors, guarantors, lessees and lessors, borrowers and lenders, insurers, and lawyers and clients resolve franchise-related disputes in state and federal courts and arbitrations throughout the USA, including serving as an expert witness. He has lead the franchise practice at an AMLAW 100 law firm, taught franchising at the graduate business school level, mediated more than 250 franchise disputes and has been a franchisee himself. He is self-employed as an independent consultant and expert witness.
