David M. Soja, an early pioneer in the private vocational rehabilitation expert witness space; opened his practice, CRC Services, LLC in 1981. Mr. Soja and his highly esteemed professional colleague Erin S. Bailey, CRC, ABVE for 17 years; recruit, train and mentor vocational rehabilitation graduate level students on the intricacies of vocational assessment interviewing, vocational testing, transferrable skills analysis, vocational guidance and counseling and the art of labor market surveys and job placement of impaired individuals.
