Dr. Hysinger is a board certified Pediatrician and Pediatric Pulmonologist and Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pulmonary Medicine at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (ranked #1 by US News) with more the 10 years of clinical experience. He completed his undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a triple major in chemistry, math and biology. He remained at Vanderbilt for medical school and Pediatrics training. Following residency, Dr. Hysinger completed his Pediatric Pulmonology training at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where he also obtained a Master's of Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to his clinical practice Dr. Hysinger is active in clinical research with more than 50 peer reviewed articles and is funded by the National Institute of Health and Patient Centered Outcome Research institute to study respiratory outcomes in children. He has lectured on both his clinical practice and research nationally and internationally.
