    He is the author of global best-sellers, "Never Go With Your Gut: How Pioneering Leaders Make the Best Decisions and Avoid Business Disasters" and "The Blindspots Between Us: How to Overcome Unconscious Cognitive Bias and Build Better Relationships." His writings have been translated into Chinese, Korean, German, Russian, Polish, and other languages.

    Dr. Tsipursky's expertise stems from 25 years of litigation consulting. A behavioral scientist by training, he has conducted extensive research on bias and decision making, serving as a professor at Ohio State University and as a lecturer at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he earned his PhD. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in academic journals such as Journal of Social and Political Psychology.

    Trained in the Daubert standard, Dr. Tsipursky writes reports and provides deposition and court testimony based on rigorously tested techniques that are thoroughly informed by peer-reviewed publications widely accepted in the scientific community.
