Dr. Gleb Tsipursky is a world-renowned expert in bias and discrimination, focusing on employment law, fair housing, civil rights, criminal justice, and police procedures and use of force. He serves as the CEO of the boutique legal consultancy Disaster Avoidance Experts.

Dr. Tsipursky's expertise stems from 25 years of litigation consulting. A behavioral scientist by training, he has conducted extensive research on bias and decision making, serving as a professor at Ohio State University and as a lecturer at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, where he earned his PhD. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in academic journals such as Journal of Social and Political Psychology.
Trained in the Daubert standard, Dr. Tsipursky writes reports and provides deposition and court testimony based on rigorously tested techniques that are thoroughly informed by peer-reviewed publications widely accepted in the scientific community.
