Dr. Kemper-Kelly is a certified healthcare security and CPTED (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) professional with over 25 years of experience in quality, risk management, safety, security, and emergency preparedness. Throughout her career, she has been committed to reducing risks and strengthening safety and security programs in healthcare settings. Her work focuses on minimizing harm to patients, visitors, and staff while enhancing operational efficiency and controlling costs.
She has held a variety of leadership roles, including Corporate Director of Physical Security, Director of Risk, Safety, Security, and Emergency Preparedness at the hospital level, Quality/Risk Manager, and Quality Coordinator. In addition, she served as a State Investigator for Regulated Industries. Dr. Kemper-Kelly has successfully developed and improved security programs for both standalone healthcare facilities and large health systems across the United States and the United Kingdom.
