Dr. Steele has performed expert witness work since 2009 working with attorneys from all over the country. He has worked for both plaintiff and defense counsel and was instrumental in identifying malpractice that resulted in a class action settlement for the plaintiffs of over 8 figures. Dr. Steele's expert witness case work includes malpractice and complications related to breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast/body surgery, and skin cancer procedures that have resulted in significant bodily harm, financial loss, and death. He has extensive experience with depositions, court testimony, and case reviews, approximately 75 cases over the past 15 years.
