Established in 1996 by Dr. Theodore D. Kessis to meet the needs of attorneys faced with the rapid implementation of DNA technologies in criminal cases, Dr. Kessis is a former faculty member and graduate of the Johns Hopkins University. He has successfully served the legal community since 1994 in more than 650 cases involving Forensic DNA Analysis, and has provided court qualified opinions in more than 50 cases.
