H. John Miller

A biomedical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineer, Dr. Miller has focused his work in the areas of injury causation, occupant safety, crashworthiness, product design, manufacturing processes and new concept development. He has provided research, expert analysis, and testimony in product litigation involving General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, and Toyota among others. Dr. Miller has also consulted on and provided testimony in general negligence claims for both plaintiff and defense, including major insurance companies. He has performed event/occupant surrogate studies, occupant kinematic reconstruction, vehicle and scene investigation and crash testing in support of expert opinions.
