Dave Gardner is a licensed Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience. He applies his expertise to construction claims and injury investigations involving residential, commercial, and municipal projects, as well as heavy highway and bridge construction.
Dave’s experience working as a construction manager, general contractor, and as a subcontractor provides valuable insight regarding the responsibilities of each party as it relates to construction quality, safety, and means and methods. Dave’s career has had him involved in projects across the Northeast, building roadways, structures, and infrastructure improvements across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Connecticut, and West Virginia. For more than five years, Dave was the Director of Engineering and Planning for South Fayette Township, in Western Pennsylvania.
Dave currently resides in Pittsburgh and is available for casework nationwide. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State, and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in multiple states.
