I am a Mayo Clinic trained, triple board certified (Internal Medicine, Hematology and Medical Oncology) Hematologist/Oncologist with over 35 years of clinical medical practice experience and over 25 years of medical expert witness work. I decipher complex internal medical issues. I have been heavily involved in ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) and ASCO's QOPI (Quality Oncology Practice Initiative) and CPC (Clinical Practice Committee - coding/practice management). My medical legal cases have involved cases as diverse as wrong site surgery, thrombophilias, and delayed diagnosis of cancers. I am available 24/7 for my patient and attorney clients. I have been retained by attorneys all over the USA, Singapore, Australia, Canada and the UK. I have assisted with over 500 cases and participated in over 93 depositions and 27 trials.
