Dr. Mahdi Eslamimehr is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Southern California, an award-winning computer scientist, and a senior technology executive in the software products and services industry. He has held leadership roles at leading global companies including Ericsson R&D Center, Samsung Electronics R&D Labs, SAP Research Lab, Y Combinator Research, and Clarity Global, and has participated in numerous prestigious international research collaborations.
Dr. Eslamimehr has taught and conducted research at institutions such as UCLA, California State Polytechnic University Pomona, the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), Joseph Fourier University, and Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble. Over the past five years, he has advised Fortune 500 companies on more than 50 M&A transactions totaling $5.6 billion and has been retained as an expert witness in over 100 litigation matters.
He currently serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where his focus includes AI governance. In his litigation work, Dr. Eslamimehr provides expertise in IT and computer-related disputes, including patent and intellectual property infringement, breach-of-contract, and software matters.
