Over 35 years experience in real estate appraisal, specializing in the analysis of value diminution and real estate damage economics, including experience in the appraisal of both residential and commercial/industrial properties. Areas of expertise include construction defects, water intrusion, geotechnical, environmental conditions, title issues, proximity studies, economic loss analysis and appraisal review.
Licensed in California, with MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute; qualified as an expert witness in numerous venues. Mr. Sanders is a contributing author of Real Estate Damages: Applied Economics and Detrimental Conditions, Applications in Litigation Valuation, and has published numerous articles on related topics.
