David J Abraham

David Abraham is a Designated member of the Appraisal Institute, holding the MAI and SRA designations. He is experienced in the valuation easements (Member International Right of Way Association - IRWA) and partial interests, and has served as an expert witness in a variety of valuation cases, including loss of riparian rights, and loss in value from noise or vibration. He has also performed numerous property tax appeal appraisals and gift/estate valuations for use by the IRS. Additionally, Abraham is regularly retained for his expertise in performing easement valuations, multifamily, retail and industrial appraisals, market studies, and feasibility analyses, or to serve in an expert witness capacity as an appraiser or review appraiser.
