GERRY de CAMP, P.E., PTOE, is licensed in Texas and Nevada, has over 30 years experience specializing in Traffic Signal Operations and routinely provides interpretations of often technically obscure government agency-provided signal sequence and timing records, in-field observations and reports of traffic signal operational details, and other related technical support for attorneys and insurance companies. He's been a member of the Signals Technical Committee (STC) of the National Committee on Uniforn Traffic Control Devices (NCUTCD) for over 15 years, is the 2008 Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) District 9 Engineer of the Year, and is a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).
