Registered Patent Attorney Herbert Joe is a Board Certified Forensic Examiner with 5 degrees, including 3 science degrees (B.S., M.A., M.S. [Cybersecurity]) and 2 law degrees (J.D., LL.M.). He has been involved in the forensic analyses of audio, acoustic, voice and video evidence for the past 37 years, and has testified in state and federal courts in civil and criminal cases throughout the U.S., as well as overseas. Also, his area of legal expertise is Intellectual Property law, where he is involved in most domestic and foreign aspects of patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights.
