Mr. Harris is a forensic accounting expert with 44 years professional experience in commercial litigation damages, construction claims, construction damages quantification, construction cost audits, lost profits analysis, business valuation, business interruption, insurance and surety claims analysis, and fraud investigations in construction, oil & gas, real estate, mining, insurance and surety, and related areas. He has successfully completed numerous domestic and international engagements including providing expert opinions and testimony at deposition, trial, arbitration, and mediation. Work is planned and executed to provide opinions as to the reasonableness of the methodology employed, the reliability of the costs and damages, the linking of the damages to the alleged impacts, and to achieve the standard of a reasonable degree of accounting. Mr. Harris is admitted as a Neutral with the American Arbitration Association for construction matters and accounting.
