James Caron, a former Air Force meteorology officer and chief meteorologist for a global financial firm, specializes in historical weather research for litigation with over 20 years of weather experience. He started his weather career in a fast-paced and high-stress military environment as an Air Force meteorology officer. While serving in the U.S. military, James received commendation, achievement and service medals based on his weather research and accurate weather forecasts for global military aviation missions. The military is highly dependent upon fast and accurate weather information; the private sector is no different. James held the title of Chief Global Meteorologist for Macquarie Bank for nearly 14 years where he provided global weather forecasts for energy commodity trading while simultaneously starting his own forensic meteorology consultancy. James is currently the Director of North America Weather Operations at Atmospheric G2.
James holds the seal of Certified Consulting Meteorologist through the American Meteorological Society.
