I am President and CEO of Simco Correctional Consulting LLC. My expert witness services include prison, jails and detention, and I work on both plaintiff and defendant cases. I have been an expert witness for both plaintiff for over 16 years. My past cases have included US attorneys offices, state attorneys offices, private law firms, and advocacy groups throughout the Continental United States and Hawaii. I retired in 2007 from the Federal BOP in 2007, and was a supervisor, mid-level manager, Warden and executive. My success rate as an expert witness is over 90%.
