Michael Pouncey has eleven years of experience and progressive responsibility in environmental consulting. His qualifications include extensive hands-on planning; field investigation; design; cost estimating; environmental, health, and safety compliance; and project management. Mr. Pouncey’s background includes service to public and private-sector clientele, including BNSF Railway, Univar, Anixter Telecommunications, Stanley Black and Decker, Sherwin Williams, Goodyear Tire Company, Chevron, Sunoco, Conoco Phillips, Pepsi Bottling Company, Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Railroad Commission of Texas and Texas Department of Environmental Quality, Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Alabama Department of Environmental Management, and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. He has been responsible for technical and compliance support for large team projects. Additionally, he has been responsible for the development of technical reporting for a wide variety of facilities, Phase I and II site investigations, and groundwater remediation and sampling. Mr. Pouncey has help manage and sample over 10 DCRP and LPST sites in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.
