MORRIS FARKAS, Professional Safety Engineer, has 39 years of experience in construction, demolition, industrial and electrical safety, with the following credentials: Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Science Degree in Safety, Licensed Professional Safety Engineer in California and Teaching College Courses in Accident Prevention, Construction Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health. He is a former OSHA Compliance Safety Engineer.

Since 1980, MORRIS FARKAS has provided expert testimony for attorneys representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in approximately 1500 Depositions and 250 Trials in both State and Federal Courts. He has provided expert testimony in California, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Since 1980, MORRIS FARKAS has also provided assistance in the development and preparation of safety programs relating to construction, manufacturing and pipeline safety.
