Ann E. Reisch is a real estate expert with a specialization in property management and leasing.
Typical matters involve premises liability issues related to property operations, maintenance and management activities. Other common issues involve security, leasing, property inspections and community association/board activities. Ann has been retained in more than 250 litigation matters with a balanced history of working with both plaintiff and defense counsel.
She has a B.S. in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology, is licensed in Florida and Nevada as a Real Estate Broker, is licensed in Florida as a Community Association Manager, and is licensed in Nevada as a Property Manager. She is also a Counselor of Real Estate, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator, all of which are prestigious professional designations in the real estate industry. She is a past national Chair of the Industry Standards Advisory Board for the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently serves IREM on the Ethics Committee and Ethics Hearing and Discipline Board.. Ann has also held many other nationally appointed positions in the past and has served as President of the Central Florida IREM chapter.
