Ms. De Lima provides expert testimony regarding the HR aspects of employment regulation compliance, litigation, and vocational rehabilitation, and has assisted corporate, non-profit, and governmental clients with HR policy development and implementation for over 30 years on a national, statewide, and local level with an office now in Chicago. Ms. De Lima is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR-CA) and was appointed to sit on the Employee Health, Safety, and Security Special Expertise Panel. She is a Certified Mediator, U.C. Berkeley, Extension Program and has been appointed to the Amador County Superior Court Mediation Panel. Ms. De Lima is an expert in the HR aspects of employment regulation compliance, litigation and vocational rehabilitation.
