Mr. Secrest is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and a licensed Mortgage Broker and serves as a landlord tenant expert witness. Robert is a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality, CPSWQ as well as a Qualified Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan SWPPP Developer. Mr. Secrest is also a Certified Infrastructure Asset Manager through the Institute for Asset Management, MIAM. Robert is a certified facilities engineer. Robert is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. Mr. Secrest is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, LSSBB.
